Dr. Laurant “Drelġé” Jolly, also known as Dr. J1, is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, retired federal executive, educator, mentor, founder, and architect of the Drelġé Legacy Universe™.

With more than three decades of leadership across military service, federal government, education, community mentorship, and personal transformation, Dr. J1 brings a grounded, reflective, and deeply human voice to conversations about identity, discipline, healing, purpose, leadership, rhythm, and legacy.
